Parent Partnership

Working in Partnership with parents and carers is a priority for our school. We work hard to create an open, welcoming school community and have various opportunities throughout the school year to visit school for workshops and information events.

Throughout the school year we arrange parent meetings and information sessions to ensure there are plenty of opportunities to inform parents and carers of what is happening and ways to support at home. The following is an overview of the main sessions we offer:

Other Opportunities

Celebrating Achievement and the work of our school

Throughout the Year we hold various events to celebrate the work and achievement of our children. This will include inviting parents to share our Harvest Festival, Christmas Productions, Spring celebrations and special assemblies. During the year there are invitations to see the children’s work across the whole school, appreciate the children’s art and listen to music such as the school choir and the year 2 Ukuleles.

Giving feedback

During the Spring term we send out a parent questionnaire to help us to address any concerns and improve our school even further.

We are always here to discuss issues concerns and we really value working with all our parents and cares.

If you need to speak to the teacher?

Parents are always welcome to pass on messages or ask questions at the start of the day but if you need a longer appointment the class teacher will be happy to arrange a convenient time to meet after school. Longer appointments can also be booked through the school office.
